Pareillement is a formal adverb meaning 'in the same way' or 'likewise', often used to reciprocate a greeting or wish, as in Bonne année! — Pareillement! ('Happy New Year! — Same to you!'). It is more elevated than pareil (similar, informal) or de même, and is common in polite written correspondence.
