Usage Note
Seulement is the adverbial form; the adjective/pronoun equivalent is seul ('alone, only one'). The phrase non seulement… mais aussi ('not only… but also') is a standard French construction. The restrictive ne… que expresses a similar 'only' meaning and is common in every register, from casual speech to formal writing.
