Rejoindre means to go back to a group or person, or to catch up with someone who is already somewhere: je te rejoins dans cinq minutes ('I'll join you in five minutes'). It is conjugated like joindre (an irregular verb). The reflexive se rejoindre means for two parties to meet up or converge.
