Moquer is almost always used reflexively as se moquer de, meaning 'to make fun of' or 'to not care about'. Je m'en moque means 'I don't care' (or stronger). The non-reflexive form is rare in modern usage. Moqueur is the adjective ('mocking'), and moquerie is the noun ('mockery').
