Accuser takes de + noun or infinitive: accuser quelqu'un de mentir ('to accuse someone of lying'). The reflexive s'accuser means to accuse oneself or to confess. In journalism and legal writing, accusé(e) is the noun for 'the accused' or 'defendant'.
