Usage Note
techniquement can describe something done according to technical rules or, informally, qualify a claim as 'strictly speaking': techniquement, c'est correct (technically, that's correct). It derives from technique (f), itself from Greek tekhnē (craft, art). The informal spoken register uses it much like English 'technically'.
Examples
"C'est techniquement possible."
Natural Translation
It is technically possible.
