Usage Note
Distrayant describes something that draws attention away from work or creates pleasant diversion. It comes from the verb distraire (to distract, to entertain), and its feminine form is distrayante. Unlike English 'distracting' which can be negative, distrayant often carries a neutral or mildly positive tone, closer to 'entertaining'.
