Usage Note
Bile is a digestive fluid produced by the liver, but in French it also lives in an idiomatic expression: se faire de la bile means 'to worry' or 'to fret', roughly equivalent to 'getting worked up'. The opposite, ne pas se faire de bile, is the breezy reassurance 'don't worry about it'.
Examples
"Il ne faut pas se faire de la bile."
Natural Translation
There's no need to worry.
Literal Translation
One must not make bile for oneself.
